Cant install new flash player

Attempted to download new flash player - version 11.0.........., says it is installed, but when attempting to run, stops after retrieving installl and gives error message, "download configuration failed"   HELP????!!!!!

Not particularly PC savvy, but have windows 32-bit.  tried uninstall and successfully removed old flash player.  but still cant install new version.  same error message occurs while retrieving install.  "download configuration failed"

Try downloading the full (32-bit) installer(s) from the links http://forums.adobe.com/thread/909550
