I'm working in InDesign CS5.
There's a project where there's about 30 master pages in a template used for single page files for a catalog that I'm working on. We wait until after pages have been arranged to officially put the header on from the master page. Example, an even page may end up an odd page at the end of the month. Therefore even though the Master Pages aren't being used, I need to delete everything except those two master pages. I currently found a script on this forum that does a good job of getting rid of all unused master pages, but I can't seem to find anything that will delete unused one's and keep particular ones.
Does anybody know of any .js scripts that can easily fix this?
How would a script like that work? Make a checkbox list of master pages you do want to keep?
Perhaps the simplest solution is to add new pages to your document, assign the masters you want to keep, run the script you have, and delete those blank pages again.
