Does Flash 10.3.183.11 have any security updates over .10? I couldn't find any release notes

Does Flash 10.3.183.11 have any security updates over .10? We need to know if we have to apply the patch to all of our user's computers before we roll out to 11.x.x.x but we can't find any release notes on it (only on .10) & no specific information on the Adobe site.

There is some information about 10.3.183.11 in http://www.adobe.com/support/security/bulletins/apsb11-28.html

It basically says that user who cannot upgrade to FP11 should install that security patch.

If you plan to upgrade your users to FP11, then this should not be necessary.
