Next..is the movement from the way the camera is operated? (Not on a head and legs maybe?)
Since Premiere is having Problems with the Nikon D7000 .mov files are you converting them to .mpg before editing.
It has something to do with the .mov using 32bit versus the .mpg using 64bit engine or something like that.
This is the workaround till they get it fixed.

Just for clarity, all you need do is rename the extension from .mov to .mpg. There is no actual conversion taking place.

I never converted them.. Didn't know they needed to!
I found the fit finally. I was using a preset import which was using 25frames permin or whatever it is and I should have been using 24frames per min!
