RoboHelp for HTML - Version 9 - Word 2007

I am working with the Track changes option for updating a contextual help project. For revision, I created a PDF output. It looks fine, all revision marks and comments are included.

Unfortunately, one of the proofreaders cannot edit PDF documents and asked me, if I could create a Word output for revision. Problem: When creating a SSL "Printed Documentation", all revision marks dissappear in the output! Is there a way to create a .doc containing the revision marks? What settings are needed?

Hi there

Sorry, but it's simply not possible to achieve. The PDF reviewing option is the only type intended for users to "mark up". I believe all it requires on the user's behalf is a recent version of the free PDF reader. Are they unable to upgrade their PDF reader.

Cheers... Rick
