i am new to adobe connect and looking how to sync participants and courses with my planning-tool. Any hint where to look for information about it?

You could use the API to do a lot of things:  http://www.adobe.com/devnet/adobeconnect.html

Not sure what you really mean as there are not many details here. You can also create your own pods using Adobe Flash Professional or Adobe Flex.
