I created a new document, and set the Ruler origin point to the middle of the spread on pages 2-3, with text frames on each page. Moving back up to page 1, the origin point should stay with the spine, but does not. Here's a graphic showing what I mean:

Laubender Dec 9, 2011 1:07 PM (in response to RAOmilctr)Oh, if you have set your zero point by hand (I mean by shifting the crosshairs where top and left ruler meet), then you will have the zero point also at top right of page one. This would affect ALL spreads of your document.
But this action is only possible if you use "Ruler per Page" or "Ruler per Spread"…
So, I'm out of suggestions…
