I just upgraded my B&N Color Nook to the 1.4.1 new OS. My Nook now needs to be re-authorized with ADE. But when I try to re-authorize I get the message:

E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/Activate 8862:862:10000 urn:uuid:1d60b104-a8e5-41b6-b424-abd26070ccd6

I've done Live Chat and was told that ADE is free and they don't support it.

I've de-authorized one of my other devices and still get the message.

I was in the middle of reading a library book whe I performed the upgrade on the Nook.

Is there a way to de-aithorize devices I no longer have?

Can I get more authorization slots?

What to do, what to do?

Please help. This is frustrating!

Well I should have read Jim Lester's notes on how to properly submit a web ticket. I have done so and await the answer. My apologies for not RTFM before posting this request. Thank you Jim for spending so much time taking care of us noobs!
