using RH8 html and want to know how I can print a small section of my project. I tried using the Printed Documentation layout but couldn't work it.

What you need to do is create a Table of Contents containing just the topics you want to print. Then assign this TOC to the Printed Documentation SSL. (Or create a new print SSL with a name that tells you what it's printing, like "Print Admin Section Only".)

can you provide details? especially the Organize your topics in the chapter layout screen???

I think you just need to remove the stuff in the Chapter Layout (use the left double-arrow button), then add the How To Use Crystal Reports toc book. (click on it and use the right single-arrow button to move it across).

thank you, Amber. Once you try it, it's simple and makes sense. but the lack of documentation on RH capabilities is nonexistent...other than this forum and the people on it.

Please help remedy this by adding your suggestions to the Adobe Community Help file. It will never get better if we don't all add stuff to it as we find it.

Fire up RH and press F1 or go to Help > Help Topics. The in-house version of AIRHelp launches and you can use the commenting feature to submit content additions/corrections/suggestions.
