Hello All,

I have created Webhelp and HTML file suing the trial version of Robohelp 9.

Is it possible that I can distribute it to my peers to review it?

I tried to send the help files, but did not succeed? What should I do?

Welcome to our community, Kirti

For the CHM, you may need to follow the steps outlined in the link below:

You might try copying the WebHelp folder (and any sub-folders) to a server for folks to view it.

Cheers... Rick

As far as I know, the trial version is fully functional. How were you trying to "send" your help files?

Hello Jeff,

I have tried both, distributing Web Help and Microsoft HTML Help.

For Web Help, I shared the WebHelp folder with my peers. They can see the ToC, but not the contents.

Similarly, for Microsoft HTML help, when they run .chm, only ToC is visible.

Is it necessary that my peers should also have RoboHelp installed on their machines to access Webhelp and .chm files.

Can I give a caption to an image in Robohelp?

Regards,

Kirti
