Installing player in a locked down data center

Hi All, I am trying to install the current version of the player on my server(FMS). Well the great IT guy's have the server locked down so it can not hit the internet. During the install it tries to hit the net and this is where the install fails. So is their a way around this? Mabey a different exe. The IT guys will not change their stance on this.
