Where can I get Flash Player 11 in PKG format to distribute to Macs over our intranet?

The latest Adobe Flash Player installer is not in PKG format.  It is an application that performs an install.  I would like to get the latest Flash Player Installer for Mac in PKG format so I can distribute it to Macs on our company intranet via Casper (a mass deployment tool).  Where can I obtain the installer in the PKG format?  I have tried to use AAMEE (Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition) and it won't repackage it to PKG format.

Appreciate whatever advice you can give.
