I grab a random action command and start dragging. I have many actions ( > 20 "sets" each with an average of 5-10 actions apiece). When the bottom of the palette is reached, it starts to scroll, but it doesn't draw properly. The bottom few items scroll by properly but the upper part of the window remains frozen, and doesn't update until the mouse is released.
Can't test on another machine right now, is this a reproducible problem for anyone else?
Windows 7 64-bit machine, issue appears with both the 64-bit and 32-bit editions of Photoshop.
I have problems scrolling past the bottom of the actions palette also a single step seems to repeat and fill the palette. Adobe support is so terrible it just not worth the time and effort that is required to deal with Adobe support to report a minor problem like that IMO.
