Windows XP? Check the Dr. Watson crash report. http://indesignsecrets.com/guide-to-interpreting-indesign-crash-reports.php

Green4ever Dec 19, 2011 8:17 PM (in response to John Hawkinson)Hi John,
Thanks for your answer...
I have tried that path, but in my "Application Data" folder there is no folder named "Dr Watson". So I am not able to see that log report. (I have restarted my machine) If you have time to check my indesign file I'll send it you personally.

You might look elsewhere for instructions on finding the Dr. Watson output
though.

John Hawkinson Dec 22, 2011 1:24 AM (in response to Green4ever)Sorry for the delay. I've been a bit busier than expected.
I can't replicate your failure under Mac OS X. I'll give it a shot under Windows when I get a chance, perhaps not until tomorrow.
