Error when i install

hello guys, i download the installer, then i run as administrator (i use win 7 - 32 bits) and they say, initializing ..... then they say " recovering installation" and NO INSTALL NOTHING, REDIRECT TO ADOBE PAGE :s

Exit I.E.

Run unintaller.

Reboot computer.

Run installer.
