Trouble with Submit Button on a Form

Has anyone had any experience with creating a form? I created one and added a Submit button. I would like the submit button to perform 2 actions; first generate a email to me with the form information AND take the the end user to a "Thank You, Your Form Has Been Successfully Transmitted" page. Not sure how to doe this - Can anyone help?
