Hi,
I am getting the following error message when I open this project and I don't know how to fix it. I found similar posts on the forum about this but I am not sure if the steps taken to resolve the matter would be the same for Robohelp 9. Please advise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Chrissy
Hi Chrissy,
Could you verify that do you find few topics missing in your Project Manager> Project Files pod (Missing topics would have a Red X next to them), The Folder in picture might be containing few topics which somehow got disrupted. Please go to the source location on your disk and look for the folder that may contains your missing topics and if you find that path, then from RoboHelp --- File > Import > Html/XTML all those files into your project.

If you are unable to read the error message it states:
The folder, C:\Program Files\RoboHelpWork\CheckOut\kpif\Underwriting, is missing from your project folder and will be recreated. Files from that folder will be shown as missing. Please delete the folder properly from Project Manager.

Hi Chrissi
Basically the error is advising that there is something, somewhere that is in your project and is reporting to RoboHelp that it should be found inside this folder. Your goal will be to determine exactly what that something is.
You might try clicking Tools > Reports > Topic Properties. Then click the Options button in the lower right corner and clear all options but folders. This way you might determine which topics RoboHelp is expecting to find in the folder.
Cheers... Rick

Hi,
Thank you both for the reply. I was able to resolve the problem by importing the missing topics (broken links).
