Flash Player crashes

I have no problems using XP or Vista but on Win7 (x64) Flash Player crashes 9 out of 10 times and the 1 time it works it takes 2-3 minutes to load a simple small video. Same problem using iExplorer, FireFox and Chrome. I have had this problem for 1½ year since I installed Win7.

When it crashes the browser says: "Following plugins stopped working". And all I see is a jigsaw puzzle with a sad smiley. Everything is totally updated.No antivirus, no SW Firewall. What can I do?

How do I disable or enable hardware acceleration?

What is your video adapter and driver version?
