Licensing / Installing options for Coldfusion Builder and Flash Builder

I am purchasing CS 5.5 Web Premium which as Flash Builder. I also need to have Coldfusion Builder.

Do I need to purchase CFB separately even if I plan to install FB as standalone and CFB as plugin?

Yes. The Plugin Installation also requires the serial number. It will ask it when you launch Flash Builder with installed CF Builder plugin the first time.
