Hello,
I am using RoboHelp9 to create three large projects for three products and one small one for a shared component. I would like the three projects to reference the small one, instead of containing a copy of it. This way when the component is modified, I do not need to update the documentation in four places. I could not find a discussion about the topic - is there a way to do this in Robohelp?
Thanks!
Merged Help would do what you want. How is described on my site. It looks more complex than it really is.

THanks! Will this work for printed documentation as well? I tried creating a PDF and the merged file was excluded.

No it will not. You have to create separate documents and then insert one into the other either by copy and paste or inserting the file in Word.
