They show up in disk utility but won't install. brand new macbook pro running lion. i am attempting to install CS4. i tried CS3 as well but neither one will install. talk about problems......And yes, i am attempting to run from original Adobe disks.

We ran into this with our OEM CS 3 discs;
they will not install on Lion becasue Lion
no longer uses Rosetta.
It's one of the main reasons we had to move to 5.5.
Easy way to tell...Run a Get Info command on the setup file
inside the Disc 1..if it reports "Application ( PowerPC) "
and not "Application ( Intel)" then you'll know....
