1. Re: Premiere Pro CS4, I've tried all formats and Nothing is working.
Bill Hunt Jan 17, 2012 8:24 AM (in response to 15eagle)Welcome to the forum.
Do you have all of the HD Presets in New Project, and do you have all of the HD Presets in AME's Export?
If not, then you have likely been bitten by the Revert to Trial Bug. If so, see this ARTICLE for the fix.
Good luck, and let's hope that this is the only issue, as it's easy to fix.

Sell the one you have and use that to purchase a camera that shoots in a standardized format.

4. Re: Premiere Pro CS4, I've tried all formats and Nothing is working.
Bill Hunt Jan 17, 2012 8:18 PM (in response to 15eagle)If you are missing all of the HD and MPEG Presets, then your version has reverted to trial, which does not support anything MPEG.
If so, then perform these task, and in this order:
- Deactivate, if possible (probably not, as the trial is not Activated)
- Uninstall PrPro
- Download and run the Adobe Cleaner Tool CS5 (latest version) several times, rebooting between each run.
- Install PrPro
- Immediately update to the latest version before launching
- Launch and test
This is first a Deactivate operation, but that will probably not be available, as the trial is not Activated.
Next, you will uninstall PrPro.
Then, run the Adobe Cleaner, several times, rebooting between each.
Next, Install PrPro, and immediately update to the latest version of CS4.
Good luck,
Hunt
