document comes up fine.  when I go to print the page goes through the printer but nothing prints.  If I pull the cartridge out and put it back in then it prints.  I have tried printing as an image, it prints blank.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still prints blank.  I am using version 10.1.2  HELP!!!

Kindly try the workaround available of issue#2 (Adobe Reader 10.1.2 sets Duplex ON by default for printing) at http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/928/cpsid_92870.html and let us know if this resolves your problem.

Can anybody help?  Still printing blank pages.  I've tried workaround #1 which is to change the share name of the printer.  No success.  I've tried workaround #2 which is to turn off protected mode.  Still shooting blank pages through the printer.  Printer works fine in every other program.  I've even uninstalled and reinstalled several times over.
