Why O Why Is There Only 1

I have been publishing with Presenter 7 into a PDF file and have not had ANY problems with ALL of the PowerPoint slides (45) being embedded within the PDF.

Now when I publish to PDF file I keep getting only 1 page in the PDF. Before I would get all 45 slides in the PDF file.

Any ideas as to what settings might have changed? Or ones to double check?

Thanks!

Hi

While publishing to PDF, the powerpoint slides are converted to SWF and then the entire swf is embedded into the PDF.

As a result we see only one page with the entire presentation on it.

Please let us know which version of presenter you are using i.e. 7.0.7 or 7.0.6?

Thank you

7.0.7

I understand the embedding however it is not showing on either of my computers or 3 other people's machine. We open the PDF and it is just a blank/white page PDF.

Is there a setting on the preloader setting?

Hi

You had quoted in the previous mail

"We open the PDF and it is just a blank/white page PDF."

this happens when the publish of  the presentation has not been successful and/ or some exception is thrown which is not showing up.

I feel this issue is related to this particular presentation only.

Can you please try publishing any other presentation and checking it?

Also is it possible to share the presentation in which you are facing the problem, so that we can sort this issue out for you

Thank you
