Presenter: Import Video Helper has stopped working

I am trying to import videos, mostly wmv, but have tried flv and avi and have gotten the same response. I click import, select my video (which does play in the preview window), click open and immediately get a pop up that says Import Video Helper has stopped working. Any suggestions? I'm running Presenter on two computers, I've updated one of them to see if that would take care of the problem, but it didn't.

1) Adobe Presenter version. To know the version go to Adobe Presenter>Help>About

2) Which Platform you are using and PowerPoint version

3) Is this issue reproducible always or intermittent.

I'm using Adobe Presenter version 7.0.1 Build 7404 and Windows PPT 2007.

Issue can be reproduced on multiple computers with different video and different PPT's.

Below are screenshots of the error I received.

I updated to 7.0.7, same result.

I did find an old computer running Windows XP, Office 2007 and Presenter 7.0.1 Build 7404 that's working. So as long as I have that we're in business, but I'd like to figure out why it's not working with the newer version.
