what should i choose?

im at that point where im suppose to choose which plug-in is best suited for me.. dunno if its EXE or MSI im using windows and im using google chrome which is under the term plug-in based browsers... i have 64-bit need to know more?

oh and btw ive installed the adobe flash 32-bit... is that wrong or okay cause i got it automatically!

Google Chrome has Flash Player embedded, you can not change the Flash Player.  The Flash Player plug-in is useless and should be uninstalled.
