Todd_Kopriva Feb 2, 2012 6:09 AM (in response to JSS1138)There are third-party plug-ins that use the GPU. I don't know the details of all of them, but I do know that some do exist. But even the ones that do use the GPU don't use it in quite the same way that the CUDA-accelerated effects built into Premiere Pro work. We are currently working on ways to allow third parties to write plug-ins that are better able to work with our render pipeline to take full efficient advantage of the GPU.

Saad Khan Feb 2, 2012 6:05 AM (in response to Todd_Kopriva)Thank you. Do you know how I can replicate the bcc smooth tone effect including with the apply modes, using the premiere built in effects?

Todd_Kopriva Feb 2, 2012 6:10 AM (in response to Saad Khan)I'm not familiar with the Boris effect that you're referring to, so I can't be of much help in telling you how to replicate it.
