flash player not working

I have the latest flash player version  its ActiveX version 11.1.102.55 an I have IE9 its windows 7 64 bit edition . its didn't not start acting up until yesterday, I was playing on pixiehollow an all of a sudden it says i need to update the flashplayer even though its already update . it downloaded last nite than was working fine until a couple of hrs ago it happen again so tried downloading again and it gets to 50 maybe 53 % an it says application currently in use . I've un-installed and re-installed same thing still not being recognized I've done everything its starting to piss me off . I can watch Youtube but can't play on pixiehollow kinda stupid.

Can you provide a URL where it is not working?

the url www.disney.go.com/fairies it works on Youtube but for some reason not there and it just started yesterday not sure why .
