1. Re: Shortcut- roll through fonts?
Trevor.Dennis Feb 8, 2012 3:19 AM (in response to TomRomaniuk)On a PC having laid down your text, double click the text layer to make it active, place the cursor over the size in the options bar, and scroll through using the mouse wheel. I do find this sometimes sticks though, and is not a very productive way to work if you have a lot of fonts to scroll through. I installed TypeDNA recently and seem to be flogging it to death on this forum since doing so, but amonst other things it has a plug-in window for Photoshop, and one of my saved Workspaces borrows space I normally use for my layers palette. One of the things Type DNA does is if I select something in the ball park of what I am after, and click on Similar, it only lists fonts that are (you guessed it) similar to font selected. Saves heaps of time, and lets you have access to a lot more fonts without being swamped.

6. Re: Shortcut- roll through fonts?
PECourtejoie Feb 8, 2012 12:23 PM (in response to R_Kelly)Indeed, R_Kelly, I did not recall correctly!
I was mixing it with the behavior of the blending modes drop down.
It does indeed work on CS5 on 10.6.8. As an additional tip: CMD+H un-highlights the text.
