Unabale to read a digital library epub on my nook

I am getting a unknown author and then a user not activated message  after downloading a epub   from ADE into my nook. B&N states it is a ADE issue after exhusting all of their efforts to resolve the problem. I have tried all the suggested fix's on the forum all to no avail.

You need to authorize your Nook using ADE (and then copy the book over using ADE).
