Getting Different Search Results on Different Workstations

Can anyone give me some insight on why the following would happen:

Users A & B on two different workstations - both using the same version of the compiled HTML help found within their application type in the exact same word and click Display. User A gets a list of 39 topics and User B gets a list of 10 topics.

I tested this with one of my developers and we verified that we were each entering the exact same search criteria but getting different results.

What do we need to do to make sure that this does not happen when we distribute our application? Or at the very least what can we do to fix it for a User when it does happen?

I am using RH - HTML X5.0.2

Thanks

At the bottom of the search panel do you see check boxes. It could be that the person seeing 39 topics has the "Match Similar Words" box checked, an the one seeing 10, not checked.
