Lee Jay Feb 15, 2012 4:01 PM (in response to tidaldesigns)Develop module lower-right button. If you hold alt, it changes. Click it and those are your new defaults for that camera model. In the prefs you can change it to set them by-camera and by-ISO as well if you want.

Lee Jay Feb 15, 2012 4:33 PM (in response to tidaldesigns)There is no zero for temp for raw files. It gets that from the EXIF data if you set it to "as shot".
