I have exactly the same issue. In Adobe Debut i get the Blank log in Screen and in PS Touch it always tells me that I have to check my connection but my connection is okay, i have a wifi connection. The Facebook connection inside of PS Touch also wont work and get the same error message. On my Desktop Computer it works and i can log into the cloud.

Thank you for providing this detail and the screenshots. Can you also tell us, have you ever been able to sign in to Creative Cloud? (Just trying to narrow it down to whether it's happening all the time, or sporadically). I will call the product team's attention to this.

Not from the App directly. This Problem came up the first time i tried to sign in. On my tablet i can only sign in via a Browser.
And some more Information for you. Troubleshooting I did by myself:
-Tried 3G and Wifi. With same Issue
-Reinstalled (with full wipe) my Tablet Firmware and test it but it still wont work.
An important Information you and your team should know too -> I'm on Android ICS Version 4.0.3.

I want to use that awesome creative cloud feature
I'm using Proto and I've never been able to log in on it. My account is working, and I can look at my Creative Cloud via web, but not on my device. I'm running ICS 4 as well.
One more detail: When I open settings, it always starts with "Connecting..." and then asks to check the connection. Once I tap that button, it goes to "Get Started."
