1. Re: When trying to edit with ONONE, or NIK, or TOPAZ plug ins - it changes the color profile...
Cornelia-I Feb 20, 2012 12:19 AM (in response to tidaldesigns)Well, i'd expect there is nothing you can do about that for the moment.
As PV2012 is still in beta and hence a moving target, the plugin providers might only deal with it once it will be released as final.
Hardly anybody of the plugin designers is as pro-active as e.g. Jeffrey Friedl, who has already adapted several of his plugins to LR4beta.

Cornelia-I Feb 20, 2012 7:35 AM (in response to tidaldesigns)Welcome!
We leave Jeffrey Friedl better where he is, as he does such nice jobs for us.
We can express our gratitude when we have to register that 1 cent for final upgrade again after release of LR4 for his donation-ware plugins... And invite him virtually for one or two beers, so as he lives in Kyoto he gets the value of 4 beers (his and mine) instead of just one cent ;-))
A motto I live by for all other nice plugin programmers, who ease my life.

tidaldesigns Feb 20, 2012 3:08 PM (in response to Cornelia-I)yeah, i paid him for one of them and he 'donated' another to me . he is a SUPER nice guy and SUUUPER smart (kinda skeery) - yeah, i know he's been in Japan for a while. I am a follower. i will pay him for his plug in for lr4, but still dont understand what the point would be since we already have that with lr4 (no doubt because of HIS influence im certain).. do you know what the plusses are to use his than LR4's export?
