two readers on same pc won't go! help

I have my old sony reader registered with ADE under my email. My partner uses my PC and has now got a sony PRST1. We did all the registering etc but cannot get the new reader registered to use ADE. We have had loads of problems with this reader and Sony have been next to useless. Any help would be really appreciated.

This has probably been answered before somewhere in this forum but anyway: The PRS-T1 doesn't work with ADE. You HAVE to use the Sony Reader for Mac or PC Software at least once to register the reader to your adobe-ID. After that you are free to use e.g. Calibre to get the content onto your device.
