Captivate video does not display in generated help

We have Adobe TCS 3.5.  I inserted a Captivate demo into a RoboHelp topic. If I click the View Selected Item button, the Captivate video displays correctely. If I generate Help (WebHelp or WebHelp Pro), the video does not display in the topic. What am I doing wrong?

Hi TechWriterDFG and welcome to the RH community. Can you tell us where is the "View Selected Item" button? Also can you tell us what happens in WebHelp / WebHelp Pro and whether this is the same if the help is published.
