I am using overdrive media console and it keeps crashing on my iPad. So when I re-instal the app. I have to re-authorize my adobe Id. I'm now locked out and need my authorizations reset. Please help as I can't seem to submit a web case for it.

Also I tried to submit a web case to get my I'd reset and there is no such option
