1. Re: How to prepare a list of multiple choice questions?
RodWard Dec 27, 2011 11:41 PM (in response to adob1948)Neither Captivate 5 or 5.5 provides any way to import questions from a Word document or Excel spreadsheet directly into the application to create quiz questions.
You will need to create the questions in Captivate and then either retype the Question Title, Question Text, and Question Answers, or else cut and paste text into these captions. However, please note that it is better to paste unformatted text into Captivate. So your spreadsheet might be a better starting point than MS Word.

RodWard Mar 12, 2012 7:46 AM (in response to sirlancalot77)I'm not following you. Are you saying that you cannot edit the text in your multiple choice questions after creating them?

AndyKingInOC Mar 12, 2012 10:08 AM (in response to sirlancalot77)or are you trying to type the letter/number to answer the question?
Editing the text should just be a matter of double clicking the text box and typing new text and resizing the bounding box as needed. I don't believe there is a shortcut key setting for multiple choice questions so answering would only be by clicking the radio button/check box.
