Serial number not working

Hi there,

I have just purchased a 12 month subscription to Indesign 5.5, I downloaded InDesign CS5.5 and entered the serial number that was emailed to me and followed all the prompts including completing my online profile. however when I select 'done' and InDesign tries to open, I get the error 'InDesign is not properly licenced and will now quit'

Finding it very frustrating that there is no email address for support and there is no one available for chat support.

Can someone please help me with this issue
