why cant i click accept or deny on the local storage prompt?

has this happened before? im sure the solution is there but i can't find it on google or these forums so help please, i downloaded a mmo but on the launcher a message pops up saying something about local storage for 10 kb but i can't click anywhere in the launcher window, the adobe message is in the middle and the around the player prompt its greyed out, i have to right click the task bar icon  of the launcher to close it, please help

I am not so sure about what you are actually doing.
You can add local storage used by a domain by:

1. Go to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html
2. Right-click the animation provided there. (any Flash animation for that matter.)
3. Click Global Settings.
4. Select the Storage tab, and click Local Storage Settings by Site.
5. Click Add and add the website that you are accessing.
