Where is the Windows 8 Multi-touch support?

If I use Photoshop on a Mac with a multi-touch touchpad or with an Intuos 5 Wacom touch pad, I know you can use multi-touch to zoom and rotate images.  Why is this not support on Windows 7/8 compatible touch screens?  The operating system clearly has native support for recognizing the difference between fingers on the screen and a stylus on the screen.  I should be able to use my left hand and fingers to zoom/pan within a document and then instantly switch back to whatever tool I'm using when my Wacom stylus comes back within range of the screen (like I can with OneNote.)  Why isn't CS6 taking advantage of these awesome features?  It is the post-PC era after all, right?

It's really annoying how Bridge doesn't support touch scrolling through the list of thumbnails, but the review mode and full screen views are actually pretty good with touch. If only the scrollbars were consistent with Windows preferences, you could make them big enough to use with a finger.
