I have been using Robohelp 7 and this is the first time that I have encountered this problem.

Starting to build Printed Documentation...
Printed Documentation processor 7.00.145

Building C:\Documents and Settings\wo\Desktop\My Robohelp Projects\Systems Operations Manual\!SSL!\Printed_Documentation\Printed_Documentation.doc ...

Preparing to create Printed Documentation...
Clearing output folder...
Preparing files for Print Document...
Copying files...
Updating files...
Finished preparing in 0 seconds.
Cleaning up temporary files...

Internal error encountered,  Failed to generate Printed Documentation.

Since there are only two users in the office using this product, we do not have a clue why this is doing this.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thank you,

Christie

Could be a too-long path? Maybe a topic that's got something bad in it? Try copying a backup of your project into your c:\projects\ folder & see if it generates fine. If it does, you know that it's the path length. If it's not that, do the old divide in half & throw away topics until you find the bad topic.

If that is not it, take a look at Printed Documentation on my site.

The problem could be with the Acrobat installation and not with robohelp.

Try checking this: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/convert-pdf-missing-pdfmaker-files.html

Hope it helps.
