Scrolling problem in ADE

i got scrolling problem in ADE.it works fine before, but suddenly i cannot scroll down or up anymore. i got no problem using my mouse scrolling website and other things.

in ADE, i need to click the scroll bar or using arrow key in keyboard if i want to see the next page.it also happen to the table of content panel.

i tried unistall ADe and intsall it again but nothing work out.

what is the problem exactly? ADE in my other computer works fine. and what should i do?

You're not giving us much information about the circumstances surrounding

your problem. Is the problem on your computer - or your ereader? Is the

scrolling just in one ebook - or in all ebooks? Did you update any

software between when it worked and now when it doesn't?

Reinstalling ADE usually just messes other things up. It's not usually an

answer to a problem like this.

the problem is my ereader. and i cannot scroll all book.i dont know if i updated it or not.it just suddenly happen.

If the problem is on your ereader, then it is not an ADE problem.

You did not say what kind of ereader you have. Nooks got a software update

recently that caused problems: is your ereader a Nook?

oh i'm a bit confused here. i thought ADE is an ereader. i used ADE to view/read my epub book. my epub has no drm.

So you told me that you were reading your ebook on an ereader before.

That's why I told you about the Nook.

You also have not answered the other questions I asked, and I need to know

what those answers are before I can help you more.

Hmm..yeah..because i thought ADE is ereader. if i have problem with Nook, i would go to Nook instead.

So, i used ADE to read all my ebook and the disfunction of scroll bar happened to all ebook that i open with ADE.

I might update software between when it worked and when it doesnt. I also might had uninstall something but i'm not remembered what it was.

Is this problem occurs because i update/uninstall a certain software?
