How do I complete installation of version 10.1.102.64 on my Mac PPC (32 bit) os 10.4.11?

I completed uninstallation of former version and "successful" installation of downloaded new one, and restarted, but it doesn't verify as active. Miss my videos. Am I missing a step???

If you go to the following page, does it say if Flash Player is loaded?

What videos are you trying to view?  Please note that Facebook and a few other sites have blocked the 10.1 version of Flash Player from working on their site.
