not able to assign task to user

Hi,

I am not able to assign task to users. When i invoke long lived process manually in workbench, i am getting jod id/ task id but when i go in workspace using task assigned user i dont see any work on TO DO list.

is it related to license or some other issue.

same issue i am facing with watch folder start point. that is also not working when i put any file in inbox of configured folder. Please let me know the issue.

Play back your process recording and make sure that the AssignTask activity is running.

By any chance if your process is not initiated or not moved forward to further activities, the user will not receive the assigned task
