Process is blank when open/view in Workbench ES 2

Hello,

I a currently having a problem of opening/viewing any process in Workbench ES 2. It keeps showing a blank page.

It used to work fine before, it just start to have the problem yesterday. No update was applied to the PC so it is kind of strange.

I even tried to reboot the PC, run the Workbench ES 2 as an Admin but it still show a blank page.

OS: Windows 7 32 bit

Workbench ES2 (9.5)

Can any one please advise on how to fix it.

Possibly lack of memory issue.

Kill some of the processes (using Task Manager) those you do not require. That will free up some memory.

Then try to open your process again.

The issue was fixed by applying patch to the PC and LC Server provided from Adobe support.
