You should post this on the Acrobat Reader forum. You'll have a better chance getting an answer there.
I thought the Adobe Reader Forum was that. I can't find a forum called
"Acrobat Reader Forum". Could you please supply a link? Thanks.
If you go back to the root Acrobat forum, there is a link to the Reader forum in the lower left.
Posted this response on a different post. Seems like the Adobe Labs plug-in works on Firefox 9.x.
Install Adobe Reader, and it will install the plugin for Firefox.
Note that Adobe Reader is a 32-bit application, so the plugin will only work on the 32-bit version of Firefox.
If you need more help, please specify your operating system & version.
Thanks, Pat. I have it working now but not as I want it.
I am using the HTML tag to embed PDFs in a web page. In most
browsers, PDFs embed. In Firefox, other formats, such as HTML, embed; but
PDFs cause a dialogue box to come up and then the PDF opens in a new window.
Is there any way to have Firefox 11 embed?
OS = Mac OS X 10.6.8.
Thanks for you help.
Sorry, I do not know how to do that. But can you post the HTML code you use to embed the PDF; maybe someone else here knows how to fix it?
Here is the code:
Thanks for your efforts.
