i do not get sounds from contents online. my audio hardware is perfect as i can listen to music from my hard disk. but i cant hear online sounds

My OS is windows XP 32 bit

I use both chrome and also IE

System info:

1 GB RAM

my audio driver is realtek audio driver and my processor is Intel dual core

Sample URL is any URL from youtube
