Alscud2 Apr 6, 2012 9:34 AM (in response to Allta Media)I have Excell 2007, but Ihave saved the file as .xls & .xlsx and the ledger and values do not show. There were two graphs on the page one translated perfectly the other did not. I am using an older version, 4.0

Allta Media Apr 9, 2012 5:52 AM (in response to Alscud2)Are you saying that the ledger values don't display when you print the hardcopy? Under the Page Setup in Excel, try changing the Print Quality to 300 dpi.

5. Re: Is there a solution for graphs that do not translate from Excel to PDF?
jeffrycalhoun Apr 10, 2012 7:46 AM (in response to alscud)Just a note: If you want to print the PDF to paper, it may still not print correctly even though it looks correct on the PDF document- the printed graph may flow off of the paper sheet. When you click Print, a print dialog box opens with some options and a preview. If the preview does not look correct, change the size option to "Shrink oversized pages".
