I have changed every directory I can think of, but I cannot find a way to change one directory that continues to want to be on my C drive, an SSD I do no want used for this sort of thing.
I'd like to change it to my D or E drives, but how? Here is what I mean...
This seems to be the lone portion of CS5 I have been unable to change where it wants to use hard drive space.
When I create a new project I specify my 2nd hard drive, and all my "cache" folders are also created on that drive
Yes, I do the same. My preview files are on my D and the fils I am editing from are on my E.
However, whenever I go to media Encoder or export to it from Premiere Pro, the temp location it chooses for creating the outputed file is placed on my C drive (see picture in original post) and I cannot find any way to change that.
As the C drive is an SSD, I really do not want all that writing and rewriting taking place day in and day out.
